En alg\u00fan momento de los inicios de la era moderna, se comenz\u00f3 por pensar que la Sal en nuestras mesas se ve\u00eda \u201csucia\u201d as\u00ed que hab\u00eda que lavarla y purificarla para que se presentara como un producto \u201climpio\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este concepto de \u201climpieza\u201d funcion\u00f3 -y a\u00fan funciona- incluso con otros alimentos b\u00e1sicos industrializados como: harina de trigo, arroz, az\u00facar, aceites, mieles de ma\u00edz, etc.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este concepto de \u201climpieza\u201d funcion\u00f3 -y a\u00fan funciona- incluso con otros alimentos b\u00e1sicos industrializados como: harina de trigo, arroz, az\u00facar, aceites, mieles de ma\u00edz, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"razones-para-limpiar-y-purificar-la-sal\">Razones para limpiar y purificar la sal.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero tambi\u00e9n hay otras razones por las cuales la industria ha decidido limpiar y purificar la sal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Una vez liberado de impurezas, el cloruro de sodio (sal) es un reactivo perfecto y econ\u00f3mico. Esta sustancia ya limpia es imprescindible para la producci\u00f3n de pl\u00e1sticos, aceites minerales, desmoldantes, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La industria alimentaria la incorpor\u00f3 a sus aditivos preservantes como inhibidor del proceso de descomposici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las grandes compa\u00f1\u00edas de armamento refinan sal para extraer ciertos minerales que luego utilizan en sus producciones b\u00e9licas y espaciales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En los procesos de refinaci\u00f3n industrial, la sal de mesa pasa por temperaturas de 670\u00b0C, lo cual altera por completo su natural estructura cristalina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por estas razones se refina exhaustivamente la sal en el mundo moderno. De toda esta sal utilizada por la industria el 93% est\u00e1 destinada a fines industriales no alimentarios, un 4% es utilizado por la industria alimentaria como conservante y s\u00f3lo el 3% restante se destina al uso como sal de mesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero no todo termina con la \u201climpieza y refinaci\u00f3n\u201d de la sal. El desecho industrial que consumimos como \u201csal fina\u201d antes de llegar a nuestra mesa sufre una \u201caditivaci\u00f3n\u201d de otros compuestos refinados como son el Yodo y el Fl\u00faor. Es bien sabido por todo el mundo que estos dos elementos (yodo y fl\u00faor) son t\u00f3xicos y reactivos al ser adicionados industrialmente en sus formas antinaturales. \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 argumentos legales se basa este procedimiento?: Resolver problemas tiroideos (con el yodo) y proteger la salud dental (con el fl\u00faor).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"efectos-en-nuestra-salud\">Efectos en nuestra salud.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Infortunadamente nadie toma en cuenta que nuestro cuerpo no puede metabolizar la suplementaci\u00f3n artificial (formas antinaturales) de yoduros y fluoruros. Muchos cient\u00edficos han advertido que estos compuestos forman nitratos en nuestro organismo y se sabe que los nitratos son los causantes de las formas m\u00e1s agresivas de C\u00e1ncer, tumores en diversos \u00f3rganos, reacciones al\u00e9rgicas, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contrario a la finalidad que ten\u00eda la adici\u00f3n de fl\u00faor y yodo a la sal, recientes estudios demuestran que dicha adici\u00f3n puede causar hipertiroidismo, tiroiditis autoinmune y disminuci\u00f3n de fertilidad. Por su parte el fl\u00faor, a\u00fan en concentraciones bajas, est\u00e1 relacionado con problemas neurol\u00f3gicos y end\u00f3crinos, afectando el sistema nervioso y provocando d\u00e9ficit de atenci\u00f3n en ni\u00f1os y adultos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Y la \u201caditivaci\u00f3n\u201d a la sal sigue con el yoduro de potasio, dextrosa (un tipo de az\u00facar que sirve para evitar la oxidaci\u00f3n del yodo \u2013 o sea que la sal tiene az\u00facar-), bicarbonato de sodio (para que la sal no se ti\u00f1a de p\u00farpura por el yoduro de potasio y la dextrosa), se adiciona hidr\u00f3xido de aluminio (para evitar el apelmazamiento \u2013 recuerda la relaci\u00f3n que hay del aluminio con el Alzheimer-) y otros m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"origen-del-exceso-de-sal\">Origen del exceso de sal<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"http:\/\/marhuez.com\/es\/content\/como-calcular-el-sodio-en-los-alimentos\"><em><strong>El consumo principal de sal refinada proviene de los alimentos industrializados<\/strong><\/em><\/a> que la utilizan por sus efectos gustativos y conservantes; y no s\u00f3lo estamos hablando de conservas o t\u00edpicos productos salados (aceitunas, jamones, quesos, embutidos \u2013 aunque sean del saludable pavo-, fiambres, papas fritas, caldos en cubos o polvos, etc.), sino en alimentos aparentemente inofensivos y muy saludables (panificados, integrales e incluso el \u201csaludable\u201d yogurt diario).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con toda esta sal \u201cartificial\u201d en nuestro organismo, evidentemente vamos a presentar graves problemas en nuestra salud, debido a que el organismo no puede metabolizar correctamente este compuesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No es de extra\u00f1ar que se empiece a presentar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Retenci\u00f3n de l\u00edquidos provocada por la hidrataci\u00f3n urgente y excesiva que debe hacer el organismo empleando el agua intracelular. Esta retenci\u00f3n de l\u00edquidos deriva en aumento de peso y mayor exigencia para el coraz\u00f3n, h\u00edgado y ri\u00f1ones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obesidad y celulitis generados por la necesidad del cuerpo de encapsular tanto cloruro s\u00f3dico para desecharlo despu\u00e9s (lo cual nunca sucede). As\u00ed el organismo genera tejido adiposo en la hipodermis, el estrato m\u00e1s profundo de la piel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cristalizaci\u00f3n y esclerosis que es el \u00faltimo recurso del cuerpo para tratar de desechar el cloruro s\u00f3dico. \u00c9ste se une con amino\u00e1cidos de origen animal y forma cristales de \u00e1cido \u00farico. Los cristales que no logran ser evacuados del organismo se depositan en los huesos y articulaciones (a la espera de ser desechados como en el tejido graso, lo cual nunca sucede) provocando dolores de artritis, gota, reuma. Otros cristales dan lugar a la formaci\u00f3n de arenillas y c\u00e1lculos en la vejiga, ri\u00f1ones y ves\u00edcula. Otros cristales m\u00e1s, provocan esclerosis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tambi\u00e9n puede causar insomnio, fatiga, \u00falceras, hipertrofia de las gl\u00e1ndulas suprarrenales, nerviosismo, p\u00e9rdida de cabello, estre\u00f1imiento, c\u00e1ncer de est\u00f3mago y osteoporosis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cristalizaci\u00f3n es, originalmente, un mecanismo de protecci\u00f3n y de emergencia que el organismo desarrolla para defender las c\u00e9lulas y su correcto funcionamiento. Pero si la intoxicaci\u00f3n es cr\u00f3nica (consumo frecuente y excesivo), termina por envenenar el sistema, ya que el exceso de cristales no es evacuado y provoca graves dolencias tambi\u00e9n cr\u00f3nicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despu\u00e9s de toda esta informaci\u00f3n, me parece relevante decirte que no todo est\u00e1 perdido. Si quieres conservar tu organismo sano por m\u00e1s tiempo, <strong>s\u00f3lo debes evitar, lo m\u00e1s posible, consumir alimentos industrializados, a\u00fan y cuando digan \u201csin procesos qu\u00edmicos\u201d, \u201cal alto vac\u00edo\u201d, \u201csin aditivos\u201d, \u201cbajo en sodio\u201d, \u201csin conservadores\u201d etc. No hay nada comparable a comprar tus carnes y vegetales al natural y prepararlos t\u00fa mismo.<\/strong> Por ejemplo, si quieres consumir yogurt puedes hacerlo diario, t\u00fa mismo, a base de b\u00falgaros o kefir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00e9 cuidadoso con lo que comes!!!
