El agua para el cultivo de probi\u00f3ticos o alimentos fermentados puede provenir de diversas fuentes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fuentes-de-agua\">FUENTES DE AGUA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"agua-de-pozo\">Agua de pozo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El agua de pozo puede provenir de un pozo municipal o privado. Si proviene de un pozo municipal, contendr\u00e1 cloro y posiblemente fl\u00faor, as\u00ed como cualquier otro qu\u00edmico de tratamiento que la empresa decida agregar. Los pozos privados se someten a pruebas de contaminaci\u00f3n microbiana en el momento de la instalaci\u00f3n, pero no despu\u00e9s. Los due\u00f1os de los pozos deben analizar su agua anualmente para detectar contaminaci\u00f3n microbiana y contaminaci\u00f3n qu\u00edmica por nitratos \/ nitritos, ars\u00e9nico, derivados del petr\u00f3leo, rad\u00f3n o pesticidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El agua de pozo es t\u00edpicamente m\u00e1s rica en minerales, lo que puede ser beneficioso para el k\u00e9fir acu\u00e1tico, siempre que el contenido mineral no sea demasiado alto. Un contenido mineral m\u00e1s alto no es bueno para kombucha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"agua-de-manantial\">Agua de manantial<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El agua de manantial sale del suelo y se usa cerca de la fuente o se embotella para su venta comercial. El agua de manantial es t\u00edpicamente rica en minerales lo cual es propicio para un sano desarrollo del kefir de agua (tibicos, hongos tibetanos, etc)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"agua-del-grifo\">Agua del grifo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El agua del grifo es agua que proviene de una fuente de agua municipal. Podr\u00eda ser agua de glaciar, agua de pozo, agua de r\u00edo o agua recolectada en una variedad de formas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El agua del grifo puede ser dura (rica en minerales) o blanda (relativamente libre de minerales). Muchas personas con agua dura eligen pasar el agua a trav\u00e9s de un ablandador de agua que agrega sales para eliminar los minerales \u00abduros\u00bb. Para saber qu\u00e9 hay en el agua del grifo, solicite a su compa\u00f1\u00eda de agua un informe sobre la calidad del agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El agua que es demasiado \u00abdura\u00bb puede ser un problema para algunos cultivos, mientras que el agua que es demasiado \u00absuave\u00bb puede requerir mineralizaci\u00f3n para otros cultivos. Verifique la etiqueta! Puede ser agua de manantial embotellada en la fuente, agua recogida de r\u00edos o arroyos, o incluso agua de grifo municipal. El agua embotellada puede contener fluoruro agregado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"agua-destilada\">Agua destilada<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El agua destilada es un tipo de agua embotellada que ha sido completamente purificada y no contiene minerales o productos qu\u00edmicos de ning\u00fan tipo. El agua que se vende en las m\u00e1quinas fuente en los supermercados a menudo se destila o se purifica de otras maneras y est\u00e1 libre de cloro, fl\u00faor, minerales o contaminantes bacterianos. Verifique con el proveedor para estar seguro. El cloro es muy inestable en el agua. Hierva el agua para eliminar el cloro. Alternativamente, deje reposar el agua durante 24 horas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NOTA: Estos m\u00e9todos no eliminar\u00e1n las cloraminas ni el fluoruro. Las <strong>cloraminas<\/strong>, se forma por el contacto del cloro con las sustancias org\u00e1nicas presentes en el agua como los insectos y hasta las hojas y peque\u00f1as ramas procedentes de la vegetaci\u00f3n del entorno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"filtracion-simple-de-carbon\">Filtraci\u00f3n simple de carb\u00f3n<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La simple filtraci\u00f3n de carb\u00f3n con un sistema de filtro de encimera o grifo est\u00e1ndar es una de las formas m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles y menos caras de eliminar el cloro. Verifique su filtro para obtener informaci\u00f3n sobre la eliminaci\u00f3n de la cloramina. Algunos sistemas de filtraci\u00f3n mejorados est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para eliminar el fl\u00faor tambi\u00e9n. Si su unidad de tratamiento de agua tiene un ajuste para \u00abagua limpia\u00bb que no cambia el pH y no altera la estructura del agua, sino que simplemente filtra los contaminantes, entonces el agua se puede usar para el cultivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"requisitos-especiales-especificos-de-cada-cultivo\">REQUISITOS ESPECIALES ESPEC\u00cdFICOS DE CADA CULTIVO<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para los cultivos como el kefir de agua y kombucha es importante cuidar la cantidad de minerales que contiene el agua. Evitar el uso de agua dura y agua estructurada.
